Clinic Coordinator / Dental Assistant at Akademitandvården in Motala

We are looking for a positive and detail-oriented person who wants to work full-time with us at Akademitandvården in Motala.

This is a combined role where you will assist with administration and support dental staff in the treatment room.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving patients
• Answering phone calls
• Scheduling and modifying appointments
• Assisting patients with questions
• Preparing treatment rooms
• Assisting dental staff during treatments
• Helping with sterilization and hygiene routines
• Supporting the clinic in daily operations

We are looking for someone who:

• Is cheerful, confident, and service-oriented
• Enjoys working with people
• Is detail-oriented and responsible
• Can maintain order and work in a structured manner
• Wants to learn new things
• Thrives in both practical work and patient contact

Experience from healthcare, care services, or dentistry is advantageous. Nursing education is also an advantage, but not a requirement.
